Short answer: manual drafts are risk-free. Auto-reply is a separate opt-in that crosses into automation territory, so the answer depends on which features you use.

Drafts. When you tap the Velvetly button inside your inbox, the extension reads the current conversation, sends it to Velvetly, and shows you three draft replies. Youtap send. Nothing runs on OnlyFans' servers, nothing impersonates you, and no auto-login bot signs in on your behalf. This is identical to how any writing-assistant browser extension works (Grammarly, ChatGPT sidebars, etc.) and it's not against the platform's rules.

Auto-reply.When you turn it on, Velvetly sends pre-scoped replies on your behalf while you're away. It's paced with per-tier cooldowns (so it looks like you typed over a few minutes, not instantly) and you choose which fan tiers it applies to. That still counts as automated account activity under a strict reading of OnlyFans' ToS. In practice the platform tolerates assistant-style automation from personal tools, especially when paced conservatively, and we haven't seen bans from Velvetly usage. But we're not going to promise zero risk. If you want zero risk, leave auto-reply off and use drafts only.

• No auto-login / no credentials scraping
• No follower-farming / no DM blasting to unknown users
• No impersonation across accounts
• No message bombing: per-fan and per-tier cooldowns apply
• No content scraping from other creators

Velvetly is strictly a creator-assistant. It works inside the inbox you already use.

Auto-reply uses the same voice profile and context-reading as manual drafts. When a fan in an enabled tier sends you a message, Velvetly:

1. Reads the whole conversation so the reply actually responds to what the fan said
2. Applies your voice profile (tone, pet names, emoji style)
3. Checks the tier-specific rules you set (e.g. "never auto-send PPVs to at-risk fans")
4. Waits for the per-fan cooldown so it paces like you
5. Sends the reply and logs it for your review

• Start with one tier only (Loyal, usually). Expand after a week if quality holds.
• Keep cooldowns at 5+ minutes between messages to the same fan. Instant replies are the biggest tell.
• Review the auto-sent log daily for the first two weeks.
• Turn it off when you're online and actively replying yourself, so you don't get double-sends.

Your originals stay on OnlyFans or Fansly. We never delete anything there, and a PPV is delivered by the platform from its own servers.

What Velvetly does keep: for each vault item, the metadata (name, type, price, tags) plus a copy of the preview image the platform already serves for it, stored in a private, encrypted Velvetly bucket for up to 365 days. That copy exists so the AI can see what an item shows and write a usable description or PPV line; without it, it would be guessing from a file name.

Full-size originals are copied only if you have given us written permission for a specific comparison (off by default, at most 20 photos), and those copies expire after 90 days. Photos you upload to Retouch are a separate feature with its own rules, described under Retouch below.

Delete an item on the platform and it disappears from your Velvetly vault on the next sync; its preview copy expires on its own within the 365 days.

We keep a short recent-history window per fan so Velvetly has the context it needs to draft replies in your voice and surface coaching suggestions. Your own outgoing messages are also sampled to keep your voice profile current.

That history stays inside your own Velvetly account. We don't sell or share message content with anyone, and we don't train any AI on it beyond your personal voice profile. See the Privacy Policy for the full treatment.

It depends on how active your inbox is. Rough guidance:

• Light: 15 fans, manual drafts only → ~250 credits/month
• Typical: 40 fans, drafts + auto-reply → ~1,200 credits/month
• Power: 80+ fans, full auto-reply + PPVs → ~1,700 credits/month

Starter 1,000 credits covers the light/typical zone. Pro's 3,000 covers typical with headroom. Max's 7,000 covers power users.

Retouch smooths skin and lifts the light in one click, like a professional beauty editor. Same person, same pose, same background: no face swaps and no reshaping. A photo takes about 15 seconds, and you compare the before and after before you download anything. The result comes back at about one megapixel, also from a larger original.

Velvetly never posts a photo for you. You download the result and post it where you choose. Where you publish an edited image, you handle any labelling that the platform or the law requires.

Every plan includes retouches each calendar month: Free 5, Starter 15, Pro 50 and Max 150. They are separate from your AI credits, so a retouch never uses up a draft.

A retouch counts when the result appears, whether you download it or not. A failed run doesn't use one of your monthly retouches, and running a photo again uses another retouch. You can start up to 5 retouches a day, and a run that fails counts toward those. Unused retouches don't roll over, and there are no extra retouches to buy.

• Camera metadata is removed on upload, including GPS location.
• Your photos and results are stored in a private, encrypted Velvetly bucket and stay there until you delete them in the Retouch studio. Deleting your account removes them too.
• Our model host processes each photo through a private link that expires after 15 minutes, with one of two fixed editing instructions. There is no text prompt, so nothing you type travels with the photo.
• Besides you, only the primary Velvetly administrator can open your before-and-after images, for support and quality review.
